Mr. Shiv Bakshi, a second-generation entrepreneur, joined the family business in 2013, equipped with a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts.

He is the Managing Director of BAXY Ltd (Continental Engines Private Limited), a conglomerate with a commanding presence in the automotive, infrastructure, real estate and hospitality industries.

With a management style that blends the old with the new, he has initiated a transformational journey to make BAXY one of the leading business houses in the country. He has also been instrumental in guiding the company’s vision, overseeing the diversification of the Group strategy and managing the operations of each of its businesses.

Whenever possible, he invests time grooming individuals to become better leaders by imparting knowledge and leadership insights.

His vision for BAXY is holistic growth, in all facets - operational, financial, global and personal - and he constantly explores new endeavours which enables the Group to surpass the expectations of clients and stakeholders.

Rajesh Kumar Soni,

CEO, BAXY Engineering

Rajesh Kumar Soni joined the BAXY Group in May 2020 as the Chief Executive Officer of BAXY | Engineering, where he has been responsible for ensuring the business growth and profitability.

A mechanical engineer by training, he has garnered valuable experience in various capacities at leading corporate organisations. He has held the positions of COO - Liberty Engineering India & Thailand at the Liberty House Group, UK, COO at the Caparo Group and Chief General Manager, Sourcing & Supply Chain at Escorts Ltd, Autoliv India Pvt Ltd, M&M and Escorts Tractors Ltd (Ford).

In his current role, he spearheads carbon footprint reduction, technological upgradation in the foundry and machining plant, automation, global technological tie-ups for design & development, capacity expansion to meet future growth and employees skill enhancement, in addition to other responsibilities.

Naveeth Menon,

Vice President, Market Operations, BAXY Mobility

Equipped with a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA International Marketing and 19 years of experience with automobile majors like Maruti, Yamaha, Piaggio and Ashok Leyland, where he handled branches, zones and SBU businesses, Naveeth Menon joined the BAXY Group in March 2022.

He currently oversees market operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, channel and retail finance and the EV business vertical. Amongst his many achievements so far, he has defined entire systems and processes for Greenfield initiatives, with specific targets and deadlines for each division reporting to him, while setting policies and defining KPI-wise action plans.
